Puff adder
Sighted on: 22.January.2026
With a shift in the seasons underway, reptiles are beginning to make their presence felt. During the evening game drive, we encountered a Puff Adder slowly making its way towards a presumably chosen ambush spot. Perfectly camouflaged against the loamy sand and softened by the fading evening light, the moment became even more compelling when it turned to face the lens. It was an unexpected and fascinating encounter that held our guests spellbound.
